Very nice apartment, close to the sea, everything just as in pictures. Very well equipped - iron kit, hairdryer, useful tourism flyers and even books to read during your vacation! We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for us, removed from the busy strip but still a short walk away with a lovely pool and some great beaches close by too. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony with the sea view. The rooms and facilities were all clean and it was a really nice environment to be in. We had a small maintenance issue with the air conditioning, but when we reported it to the owner, they replied straight away and there was someone out really quickly to fix it so it had no impact on the stay at all.
I would definitely recommend this as a self-catering base in Protaras to friends and family. It was helpful but not essential to have a hire car. A couple of times we drove to Kalamies beach bar which is not far away and is a really great location with a nice beach too. Fig Tree and Protaras beaches were quite busy but there are some smaller bays just a short walk in the other direction from the property which we found to be really pleasant.
We also drove to the Sea Caves at Cape Greco which was a gorgeous view, well worth the visit. Overall, we went for a relaxing break, good food, pool and beaches and this location ticks all those boxes, as well as having some great activities within driving distance - we would recommend!

Access to Famagusta walled city is second to none, a wonderful modern space to spend time in, with easy access to local amenities, can't fault the experience. On many occasions you will read, that people usually do not stay in Famagusta and rather go there only for a one day trip. But this place is a game changer.
Not expensive but the style of this place will make you feel very special. Returning to such place after everyday expolartion of northern Cypruss will recharge your batteries and make you want more. Lovely cosy flat in a really good location, less than 5minutes walk from the beach and lots facilities around. We really enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. If you decide to rent this Villa, you will get a well-equipped house for a comfortable stay and a beautiful surrounding area, as well as Parking. Beautiful location relative to the beach, only meters to Figs Three Bay, but a little far from the bustling center of Protaras. In the evenings, it is quiet and peaceful, which is conducive to family rest. Small shops and cafes within walking distance. That's the first time for family to stay on the other side of Protaras, nearer to Cape Greco, somewhat different surroundings but magnificent as always.
Very close to the most comfortable for small children and old people Fig Tree beach, walking paths not on the other hand - the Lidl supermarker. The villa's interior and its two yards - provide everything needed for relaxing accomodation of your family - adults and children. The house including the kitchen is very clean and fully furnished. Chris is a very good host and provides feedback to requests in a couple of hours.
A really gorgeous flat, located centrally so you can get anywhere by feet but not so centrally that you hear the midnightly screams of drunk tourists.
The apartment was better than the pictures, and very nice and clean. It was close to lots of the attractions and very quiet. Sue was really helpful and kind. The only small downside was that there was no snorkelling gear as advertised. However, there were plenty of places to buy some. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone else.

A huge apartment on a great location. Everything is just a few minutes walk away. Parking place is right under the apartment. Zein is very helpful. Great home, clean and has everything needed. Wifi is decent and zein allowed for an extra late check out, recommended! We stayed at Zein's place for two nights and it was good! The apartment looks just like on the photos, it is nice and clean. You can also cook your own food if you'd like to. Both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth.
There's a parking right in front of the house or around the corner. The only minor issue was a kinda bad smell in the bathroom but we experienced that in other apartments on Cyprus as well so it might be a general problem. I recommend Zein's place! Local shops if you need anything. The flat has all the basic cooking equipment if you need it, great if you prefer to have breakfast. Communication was very good and thank you Zein for being patient on checkin when I was greatly delayed to arrive.
